3.  A. caudatus (Wall. Cat. 6417 !) ;  foliis oblongo-lanccolatis
basi acutis in acumen longum obtusum abruptc ncuminatis utrinque
glaberrimis, pctalorum lamina plana e basi quadrata anguste lineari.

Frutex altc scandens. Ramuli rugulosi, cortice atro-fusco ; partes novellte fusco-

utrinque lucida. Pedunculi normales, pluriflori. Sepala acuta. Petala \% poll.
longa, fusco-strigosa, inter se fere confonnia ; inteiiora paullo angustiora.

acumen gyacile productis subtus rufo-hirsutulis, pctalorum laminis tri-

Sepala 3. Petala 6, eest. aperta, biserialia, longa, linearia, sequalta.
Stamina numerosa, linearia, connective ultra antberas dorsales in pro-
cessum carnosum ovptum acutum producto. Torus convexiusculus,
medio subconcavus. Ooaria oblonga, in stylum anguste oblongum
